I retain the rights to my artwork. (For OC, the character design remains yours.)

I reserve the right to decline the commission proposal.

I reserve the right to livestream your commission, unless agreed upon otherwise.

The commission will be a digital file not printed.

All commissions cannot be used for any blockchain-related technology including NFTs, and cryptocurrency.

All commissions cannot be used in AI Art Generator, Learning, and Editing.

Extra charge for commercial/business/corporate works.

Vtuber character will always be charged for Content use or Commercial use license.

Customer cannot reproduce/modify or trace an artwork.

Customer cannot claim the credit for making an artwork.

Customer can post the artwork on SNS. (Artist credit is not necessary but appreciated.)

I have the right to post WIP and final products on my SNS/portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.

If your commission request is accepted, I will contact you and we'll discuss your commission, and I'll provide a quote

At least one sketch will be sent to you for approval. Please request any large changes during this phase.

After the sketch has been approved, you may only request up to two minor changes unless I am at fault.

Once complete, the final artwork will be sent to you for approval. At this stage, any changes other than color adjustments will incur an additional cost.

The final delivery will be through a Google Drive link or a direct ZIP file.

Regular commission prices are for personal use only

Commercial Use

Twitch commission prices are listed for basic commercial usage (streaming/social media usage)

Commercial use is x2 of the final price

You may use the products for advertising, streaming, and merchandise.

Full payment upfront via Stripe and Tipme

Once I confirm your order, I'll send you an invoice or quotation link to your email/twitter.

Pay half now and half later can be agreed upon.

Any extra payment has to be paid before getting the finished artwork.

Don't send any payment before I confirm the request.

I will send a file only after I receive the total amount.
